Yes, its typically early 90`s metal production values (clicky clicky kick drum and no mids) sounds rather dated, but overall the album hangs together so much better on vinyl than CD. As an Opeth album, this is very much traditional blackened metal, but there are lots of glimpses into the future direction with acoustic guitar and some clean vocals/5().

Green Day's first album "39/Smooth" is back in a brand new deluxe edition. Originally released in and selling over , copies to date, this album was the world's first glimpse of Green Day's unique blend of punk rock energy, melodic riffs and self depreciating charm/5().

Jan 01,  · Thankfully it is here so I give the release full props for including it. I do like the new footage but you can tell how political it still with the Stones Unholy Trinity. Poor Charlie is no longer the darling, it's Andrew. Ah well we do get a killer live vinyl LP with the Brian/Keith interplay at it's best/5().

Jan 04,  · New vinyl is usually fine, (I buy a lot of it) but can be more extreme in it's result (dead quiet to unbearable noise) compared to a NM vintage record. That being said, I've only purchased 1 new record that was consistently noisy. About 10% of the time do I have to return due to too much noise, and usually the replacement is great.
